The PSA hydrogen extraction system is a device that uses mixed gas containing hydrogen (ammonia dissociation gas, methanol reforming, natural gas reforming, etc.) as raw materials, passes through special molecular sieves, and utilizes the principle of pressure swing adsorption to obtain hydrogen at room temperature. According to the difference in the adsorption amount of hydrogen, nitro- gen, and other gases in the gas on the surface of the molecular sieve and the difference in the diffusion rate of hydrogen and nitrogen in the carbon molecular sieve, a programmable controller is used to control the opening and closing of the programmable valve to achieve the process of pressurized adsorption and reduced pressure desorption, complete the separation of hydro- gen, nitrogen, and other gases, and obtain the required purity of hydrogen.
